01The service

Zafe watches, handles and warns on the systems you connect, according to the rules you set in the dashboard.

02Authorisation to act

Zafe only does on its own what can be undone and is within your rules. Everything else needs your approval. The AI never authorises itself.

03Authorised tests

We only test with authorisation signed by someone able to give it, on the agreed targets and hours, for a maximum of 90 days at a time. You can stop everything at any moment.

04Price and billing

A fixed monthly fee, billed at the start of each month. The assessment is free and creates no obligation.

05Leaving

There's no lock-in. You give 30 days' notice, take your data and we uninstall everything the same day.

06Liability

Zafe reduces risk, but no service guarantees that an attack will never happen. The limits of liability are in each client's contract.

07Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
