Round2 is the controller of the data on this website. When Zafe works for your company, we are processors: your company decides, and we process on its behalf.
02What data we handle
On the website: what you write when booking (name, company, email and phone).
In the service: only the technical data Zafe needs to monitor, such as access logs, email data (sender, time, attachments) and the equipment inventory. We don't use the content of your emails for any purpose other than protecting you.
03Where it's kept
In data centres in the European Union. With EU-only mode on, no data leaves the EU, including to AI models.
04How long
Service logs are kept while you're a client and for a further 12 months, to serve as evidence. If you leave, we hand over your data and delete the rest within 30 days.
05Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and object to processing. You can also complain to the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority.
